With an absolutely scintillating performance, terence crawford fights improved to 40-0 with 31 knockouts, and became just the second boxer of all time to clinch back-to-back undisputed crowns in two different weight classes during the modern four-belt era. (The other being Claressa Shields).

"We practice that," said Crawford. "Normally in camp we do a flick and jab. But we knew that wasn’t going to work with Errol Spence because he’s durable, he’s strong. So we had to practice a strong firm jab. The jab hit him and stopped him in his tracks."

Porter (31-3-1, 17 KOs), 34, of Akron, Ohio has fought the best the welterweight division has to offer. He has held a version of the welterweight title twice, and has victories over Devon Alexander, Paulie Malignaggi, Adrien Broner and Danny Garcia, among others.

Round 1 – Matthews pressuring Buzukja here. Matthews managing distance well, and he’s starting to get his timing. Big leg kick for Buzukja. Oh! Buzukja lands a knee to the head in the clinch and then on the break a big hook. More leg kicks from Buzukja. Matthews with his own leg kick. Matthews with a couple more leg kicks. Two minutes left. Oh! Buzukja stuns Matthews with a solid combo. An accidental low blow from Matthews halts the action. After 30 seconds, the fight resumes. Good jabs by Buzukja. Nice right hook by Matthews. Big right by Buzukja. Buzukja with a leg kick and then a one, two.

"The welterweight division has had a lot of great fights in the past and this will be another one next Saturday. There’s a bright future for the division as well with a lot of great talent coming up. It’s still a hotbed for the sport.

In March 2013, Crawford scored his biggest victory to date, a 10-round unanimous decision over Breidis Prescott. He followed that up with a sixth-round TKO of Alejandro Sanabria in June. Then that October, won a 10-round unanimous decision over the previously undefeated Alex Klimov.

The three-division titlist wins an unprecedented second undisputed crown, this time at welterweight, with a masterful stoppage win over the gutty Errol Spence Jr. Saturday night on SHOWTIME Pay-Per-View.

Calloway (5-2,5 KOs) started a lot more agile than his weigh-in weight of 387 lbs and used his jab and size to push Milton back. Calloway was also keeping his guard up and avoiding power shots. It made for a tactical affair, as Milton's offense only came when he landed combinations. It doubled as a boring one as Calloway carrying his size was not on the same level of conditioning, the downside of having an over 130 lb. weight advantage.

WHEN TOP RANK linked up with ESPN on an exclusive multiyear deal in 2017, Crawford was one of the promotion's main attractions. Bob Arum kicked off the partnership with a fight between Pacquiao and Horn in Australia, as Horn shocked the future Hall of Famer via a highly controversial decision. One month later, Crawford was center stage for his first ESPN appearance, defeating Indongo to claim all four major junior welterweight titles.

Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) defeated Wladimir Klitschko in April 2017 to win the IBF and WBA heavyweight titles. Joshua added the WBO belt by defeating Joseph Parker a year later but then lost the titles to Andy Ruiz Jr. in June 2019. He regained them in the rematch six months later and made one defense before losing back-to-back fights to Oleksandr Usyk.

Crawford (40-0, 31 KOs) came into the fight as the WBO champion and had stopped all seven opponents he faced since moving up to welterweight from junior welterweight in 2018. Many expected Spence to be his toughest test to date. But it wasn't even close.

Spence-Crawford is going to deliver. The early pick here is Crawford, as he’s more versatile and has more ways to win. I don’t discount Spence because he’s largely lived up to the hype that surrounded him not only coming out of the Olympics but then when he sparred in his early days as a pro with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

"It was a good stoppage," Crawford said of the referee's decision. "I was on the verge of coming back with some hard shots. Everybody knows I'm a great finisher. The ref did what he's supposed to do to protect the fighter."
